Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Shipping within Australia is at no extra cost and is included in your purchase price.
Refunds and Returns on Original Artworks
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are able to offer you an exchange. However if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange on your item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. We do not refund shipping or packaging charges.
- If your order is damaged in transit or the quality of the product does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund or credit towards another artwork. We need to be notified within 7 days of your order being delivered.
- Simply returning the product, without proper notification will not result in a refund.
- All artwork must be signed for. If your artwork arrives damaged it is important you notify the courier delivering the work that there is a problem and ensure they make a note in their system. You can accept the parcel once they have made their note. We then ask that you take as many photos as you need of the damage to both the packaging and the product so that we can use these images when claiming from the courier. Finally contact us and give us all the details so we can arrange a replacement for you and make our claim from the courier.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $99 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Refunds and Returns on Reproductions
- The customer has 7 days from receipt of goods to request a return or replacement of their order.
- If you change your mind regarding your order we request you notify us within 6 business hours of placing your order as all orders are printed especially for each client.
- If your order is damaged in transit or the quality of the product does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund or credit towards another artwork. We need to be notified within 7 days of your order being delivered.
- All artwork reproductions must be signed for. If your artwork arrives damaged it is important you notify the courier delivering the work that there is a problem and ensure they make a note in their system. You can accept the parcel once they have made their note. - If you change your mind about the image itself, we can only offer a 30% credit towards another artwork as all pieces are printed on demand.

- If ANYTHING should happen to your print or fine art reproduction, it will be replaced it for 50% of the current price provided the original print is returned to us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
